Welcome to Heart Makeover Nest. By accessing our website or using our home renovation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Heart Makeover Nest provides home renovation services, including but not limited to complete home makeovers, kitchen transformations, bathroom renovations, and flooring/painting services in Fort Worth, Texas, and surrounding areas.
All estimates provided are based on the information supplied by the client and current material costs. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen structural issues arise. A formal contract will be signed before work begins.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure a project date. Progress payments may be scheduled depending on project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
While we strive to complete projects within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to weather, material supply issues, or changes requested by the client. We are not liable for reasonable delays outside our control.
Clients must ensure the work area is accessible and free of personal belongings. Any changes to the agreed-upon design must be communicated and may incur additional costs.
We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on our renovation services. Material warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. Damages caused by misuse or natural disasters are not covered.
Projects can be canceled up to 7 days after signing the contract for a full refund of the deposit, minus administrative fees. Cancellations after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
